| 2002: Played in 11 games and was one of the Tar Heels’ top five wide receivers • Finished third on the team with 31 receptions for 464 yards and four touchdowns • Three of his four touchdown receptions came in the fourth quarter • Averaged 15.0 yards per catch and 42.2 yards per game • Caught at least one pass in every game • Also returned punts in the final two games of the season • Finished the year with five punt returns for 60 yards, including two returns for 36 yards against FSU and three returns for 24 yards at Duke • Began the season with five catches for 59 yards against Miami (Ohio) • Caught two passes for 53 yards and one touchdown in the win at Syracuse • Caught a 48-yard touchdown pass from Darian Durant that gave Carolina a 23-22 lead at Syracuse in the fourth quarter • Missed the Georgia Tech game with a shoulder injury, but came back the following week to catch four passes for 90 yards in the win at Arizona State • Was on the receiving end of a 65-yard touchdown pass from Durant against the Sun Devils • The catch was his longest play of the season • Gave Carolina a 7-0 lead with a 17-yard touchdown catch at Virginia • Had four receptions for 43 yards against the Cavaliers • Caught three passes for 34 yards against Wake Forest • Recorded three receptions for 37 yards vs. Maryland • Caught two passes for 17 yards at Florida State • In the season finale vs. Duke, had three catches for 63 yards and one touchdown • Reeled in a 37-yard touchdown pass from Durant in the fourth quarter • Had three carries during the season.
