In the coming weeks Carver High (Columbus, Ga.) offensive lineman Quincy McKinney plans to trim his list to a top eight. Many of the schools recruiting him have a strong southern or midwest flavor, but there is one program in the northeast he is thinking about. McKinney, a New Jersey native, spoke to ScarletReport.com about Rutgers, and he reveals how serious he is about the Scarlet Knights.
