Smith Atop UNC's Target List Premium Story

Roscoe Smith is going to have plenty of options when it comes time to make a college decision, as has schools from coast to coast vying for his signature. North Carolina is among the few schools that haven’t offered him a scholarship. But that could change in the near future.
