Tomorrow Is Big Day For In-State TB Premium Story

One of the more mysterious in-state prospects has triggered the recruiting radar of the North Carolina coaching staff. Tailback James Smoot from Concord (N.C.) Central Cabarrus, only played in two games last season due to injury, but he hopes to make up ground at UNC camp on Friday.
