Echefu To Announce Monday

		By Jeff Goodman-Ben Sherman -- Inside Carolina Date: May 15, 2005 On Thursday morning, the Tar Heels got a commitment from the top 2006 point guard. On Monday afternoon, the top unsigned post player from 2005 will announce for either North Carolina or Florida State. (Note: Inside Carolina will be in Rockville, Md. for the press conference. Head to the premium board for live on-scene updates.)
