		By Andy Britt - Inside Carolina Date: Jul 19, 2004 The Tar Heels did not receive any new verbal commitments following its one- and two-day camps this past weekend. Or did they? Both Cleveland tight end prospect Richard Quinn and his coach told Inside Carolina on Monday that they fully expect Quinn to wind up at UNC.
