		By Andy Britt - Inside Carolina Date: Jul 18, 2004 North Carolina offered Atlanta defensive end Quinton Wesley the last time he was in town a couple of months ago. He was back in Chapel Hill on Saturday and returned home continued to be impressed with the Tar Heels.
