The college all-star game is played Jan. 24 in Mobile, Ala. and will be televised by the NFL Network. Foster was Carolina’s second-leading receiver in 2008 with 30 catches for 334 yards and two touchdowns. He had eight rushes for 104 yards, and was also a standout gunner on the punt coverage team.
