ALUMNI GAME WEEKEND
It was a phenomenal weekend. It was the most fun I've had since I've been committed to Carolina. Being able to go down there for a non-recruiting trip, I was just able to have fun. The activities were non-stop. The alumni game was great, getting to see all of the former players come back and have a good time playing. I don't think many universities can get that because some players feel like they can't go back to their roots. That's one thing that I noticed about the Carolina players - they can all still come back and it really is a family. In a span of ten minutes I got to meet Michael Jordan, Phil Ford, Larry Brown and Vince Carter, so I think it was a pretty successful weekend.
Reggie, Kendall, Harrison
Of course I got the chance to spend a lot of time with Harrison. A lot of people aren't too optimistic, but I think we have a great chance. Coach Roy is doing a great job and I know me and Reggie are doing what we can. I think we are in good shape right now.
AN EVENING WITH COACH
The in-home visit from Coach Williams on Sunday night was great. I got to see him outside of the Carolina atmosphere. It was a different scenario. It was just him at our house. We were relaxed and it wasn't so much about the circuit and things like that. When he first got here we sat down and talked about non-basketball related stuff and told stories. Probably after an hour and a half time was flying by, so we got something to eat.
He laid out the plan for us and just showed us important dates for my upcoming senior year and about SAT classes and testing dates and also the day that I have to report to campus. He showed me how long I'm down there for. He also showed me goals he has for me for my freshman, sophomore, junior and senior year which got me excited.
