Signee Update: Kenneth Harris Premium Story

Kenneth Harris will arrive at North Carolina on June 15 as a SAM linebacker. However, there’s no telling what position group the 6-foot-4, 221-pounder will be working with nearly two months later when the Tar Heels begin preseason practice.
