Rotell Jenkins attended North Carolina's Junior Day back in March and left with positive feelings about the Tar Heels' football program.

"I really like the campus and the way the program is ran, and the coaches," said Jenkins. "It's a really good program." UNC assistant coach Charlie Williams is recruiting Jenkins, 6-foot-2 180-pound athlete from Richmond (Va.) Huguenot, as a wide receiver for North Carolina.
