Ramsay Picks UNC at Last Minute Premium Story

Although Devon Ramsay surprised many who follow UNC recruiting by surfacing on North Carolina’s 2007 signee list Wednesday morning, the decision to sign with the Tar Heels surprised nobody within Ramsay’s circle.
