Since his arrival at the University of Cincinnati, Nick Davila has learned many
lessons. While talking to the
carefree California native you soon learn there's more
substance to the young man then he allows to be seen.
But Saturday night Davila placed his name into the lore and history of
football like very few before him.
While he's fought for the starting position since coming to his new
hometown Davila has never been able to get over the hump. That changed with an injury to two year
starter Dustin Grutza against West
Virginia as the sophomore signal caller came up injured
and unable to start against the number seven ranked Rutgers Scarlet
Knights. In step Davila and the
rest is history.
After the game and the press room had emptied, Bearcat Insider sat down
with Nick for this special one-on-one interview with Nick Davila.
