Late Night Begins Early On Oct. 13

Carolina's annual kickoff to the basketball season, Late Night with Roy Williams, will start a little earlier this season.

An NCAA rules change means teams can begin practicing before midnight.

Doors will open for Late Night at 6 p.m. on October 13, and basketball action will be underway by 7 p.m. Seating is general admission.

ESPN personality (and Carolina alum) Stuart Scott will host the festivities, which will be televised on ESPNU.
