CHAPEL HILL, N.C. -- Two postgame photo galleries just aren't sufficient to showcase the extent of the gameday work by Inside Carolina's photographer, Jim Hawkins. With that in mind, here are additional photos by Hawkins of some of the game's highlight moments ...

Brandon Tate breaks to the outside as he returns the opening kickoff for a touchdown.

The Carolina defense had many reasons to celebrate Saturday. Garrett White leaps toward Kareen Taylor, with Chase Page at right.

Three members of the Tar Heel defenders forced fumbles by Utah quarterback Brian Johnson. Melik Brown ...

... Hilee Taylor ...

... and Larry Edwards.

Tommy Richardson recovered two of the fumbles.

Mike Mason was unable to haul in this long pass (and there was no pass interference call, despite his right arm being pulled down), but he later caught a 40-yarder down the left sideline early in the fourth quarter ...

... setting up a 1-yard touchdown run by Barrington Edwards, who was congratulated afterward by Tar Heel legend Kelvin Bryant.

The two biggest hits of the day came on UNC's kickoff coverage teams by Mark Paschal ...

... and Wallace Wright.

Late in the fourth quarter, Jesse Holley caught Baker's slant pass over the middle, evaded a tackler ...

... and strutted to the endzone for a 43-yard touchdown.
