UNC Targets 3 From Ohio


Maple Heights (Ohio) coach Jeff Rotsky considers North Carolina football to be on the same level as nearby Ohio State. He was so impressed by the Tar Heels coaches during the recruitment of Richard Quinn last year; he said he hopes UNC will continue to recruit his Mustangs' program, which lost just twice in 2004.

At 10-2, Maple Heights won the Lake Erie League, before falling in the state playoffs. "Obviously, with Richard going there, we want to establish a pipeline to Carolina," said Rotsky, who has tutored numerous D-I talent. "The campus is beautiful down there.
