As one of the top players at his position, Derek Nicholson, a four star linebacker from Winston Salem (N.C.) Mount Tabor, is getting new mail each day. Schools are sending plenty of recruiting material to read while he is trying to study his own playbook in addition to his homework now that school has started.

"I've been getting a lot of media guides in the mail. I normally read them for about five minutes when I get them, and then just add it to the pile," says the 6-foot, 228 pounder.
