D.J. Matthews has called Florida State his "dream" school in recent interviews and he acted on that Thursday.

The 5-foot-11, 165 pound athlete out of Jacksonville (Fla.) First Coast has committed to the Seminoles.

"I am excited," Matthews said about his commitment to FSU. "I was ready to commit and I knew it was the school for me.

"I grew up watching FSU and I could play wide receiver or cornerback. I like how they play and it is exciting to be committed."

Scout will have more on Matthews at the completion of the camp.
