Non-conference schedule released

The Blue Devils' 2014-2015 non-conference schedule was announced by the program early Wednesday morning.

The Blue Devils will face another tough slate of opponents including games with Michigan State, Connecticut, Wisconsin, and St. John's.

The Huskies and Badgers both took part in the 2014 Final Four with Wisconsin bowing out to Kentucky in the semifinals and Connecticut winning the program's third title two nights later. Meanwhile, the Blue Devils and Spartans will matchup in the annual Champions Classic opposite of Kentucky and Kansas.

Other notable out of conference games include Temple, the preseason tournament field which includes Stanford and UNLV, a game against Coach K's alma mater, Army, and a Monday-Wednesday double header against Toledo and Wofford.

The season will tip off with the annual Countdown to Craziness event on October 25th.

The conference portion of the schedule will be announced soon, and the schedule will include home and home series with North Carolina, Wake Forest, Syracuse, and Notre Dame. Duke will host Miami, Georgia Tech, Clemson, Pittsburgh, and Boston College, and will travel to Florida State, NC State, Virginia, Virginia Tech, and Louisville. Recommended Stories
