Ty’son Williams has listed North Carolina among his favorite schools for much of his recruitment. However, it wasn’t until Fedora’s Freak Show last month that the 5-foot-11, 207-pound running back was able to visit Chapel Hill.

“It’s a good school,” Williams said. “It has a real nice campus. [The visit] really helped me to get up there and see everything. I really enjoyed talking to the coaches.” In particular, Williams, a Sumter (S.C.) Crestwood product, spent a lot of time talking with Larry Porter, UNC’s running backs coach.
