Corey Bell and a few of his Cornelius (N.C.) Hough teammates got up early on Saturday to embark on a fairly hectic weekend.

First stop for Bell was Washington (N.C.) High School for the Shrine Bowl Combine. The 5-foot-9, 168-pound cornerback wanted to attend one of the earlier Shrine Bowl Combines, which were held much closer to his home, but his track season prevented it. "I was fun," Bell sad.
