Tennessee signee Jaylen Miller

Jaylen Miller

Rated a three-star recruit by FOX Sports NEXT, this rugged young man projects to find a home on Tennessee's defensive line someday.

Jaylen Miller was the ultimate disruptive defender as Gaffney High School posted a 12-3 record en route to the South Carolina Class AAAA state championship in 2012.

The 6-foot-2, 265-pounder recorded 37 of his 62 tackles behind the line of scrimmage. The breakdown shows 27 sacks and 10 tackles for loss. He also broke up nine passes and forced three fumbles last fall en route to being named the Big 16 Upper State Lineman of the Year. For his efforts he was selected to p lay in the 2012 Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas. Miller was pretty disruptive as a junior, too, registering 56 tackles, six sacks and 11 minus-yardage stops.
