The University of Miami Men's Basketball team won again on Thursday night, defeating North Carolina by the score of 68-59.

Playing on the road in front of 20,516 fans, Miami won its second straight ACC game to start the season 2-0 inside the conference. That's the first time that's ever happened.

The Canes fell behind early to the Tar Heels, and took a two-point deficit into halftime before putting UNC away in the second half.

Kenny Kadji was Miami's leading scorer, with 18 points. He also grabbed nine boards for the Hurricanes. Julian Gamble pitched in 14, while Shane Larkin and Durand Scott each scored 11.

James McAdoo, who also plays on the football team, scored 14 for the Tar Heels to pace them. The Tar Heels shot just 33-percent from the floor as a team in the second half.

Trey McKinnie Jones was Miami's fifth starter in the game.

The Hurricanes are now 11-3 on the season (2-0 in the ACC). They will return home on Sunday to host Maryland.
