Taylor Working Toward Enrollment

CHATHAM, Va. --- North Carolina pledge Monte Taylor recently received the test results from his first attempt at the SAT and ACT since enrolling at Hargrave Military Academy.

Taylor, a 6-foot-3, 230-pound defensive end, says his scores improved but came up just short of qualifying status. He'll retake the ACT this Saturday. "I am going to get my scores to be qualified," Taylor said. "My grades are improving and my teachers are helping me realize the strategies for the ACT and SAT."
