Record: 10-2
Game Result: defeated Hurricane, 35-10, in the first round
of the WVSSAC AAA playoffs.
Statistics: scored four touchdowns -- two
rushing (13 and 5 yards) and two receiving (12 and 39 yards). He rushed

He also recovered his own onside kickoff at the 50.
Quotable: "They stacked
the box and had nine, ten guys in the box every play.," Switzer told
the Charleston Gazette. "They had a good game plan, but good game plans
don't always turn out good. So we opened it up and [quarterback] Trevor
[Bell] showed a lot of poise in the pocket. I'm capable of [playing
wideout]. That's probably what I'll play next year in college. I'm real
hard to guard one-on-one or one-on-two."

Quotable: "Every big player needs a historic
game, but it wasn't just me," Trubisky told the Plain Dealer. "We
battled and we pulled one out. The defense -- we knew it would happen
sooner or later. They made a big stop in the second half and the crowd
started getting into it, and that was huge for us."
"We played [Ohio State QB] Braxton Miller in the [2010] state
championship game and Trubisky was extending plays just like him. We
couldn't stop him when it mattered most," St. Edward's coach Rick
