Reddick Named To Butkus Watch List

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. --- North Carolina senior linebacker Kevin Reddick was named to the 2012 Butkus Award Watch List, the Butkus Foundation announced Monday. The Butkus Award is presented annually to the nation's top linebacker.

Reddick, a native of New Bern, N.C., posted 71 tackles, six tackles for losses and a sack last year despite missing time with an ankle and hamstring injury. The senior captain is one of 51 players from around the country named to the Watch List.
