Brewer Visits Alston

North Carolina assistant coach Gunter Brewer ventured out of his assigned recruiting territories on Wednesday to watch Johnathan Alston participate in seven-on-seven activities with his Bunn (N.C.) teammates.

"He watched me run my routes and stuff," Alston said. Per NCAA rules, Brewer is prohibited from speaking to Alston, a 6-foot-1, 197-pound athlete, during an evaluation visit.
