After narrowing his focus to three schools about a month ago, Ian Thomas has decided to expand his list of schools to also include North Carolina.

"The coaches at North Carolina, they recruited me at Southern Miss," said Thomas, a 6-foot-1, 190-pound wide receiver from Reisterstown (Md.) Franklin. "When they came to UNC, they told me they still want me in their program. So I figured I would give them a shot."
